1. Acceptance of Terms

    AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, fictional, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. The service is provided for entertainment, creative writing, and personal use unless we expressly state otherwise.

      4. User Accounts

      You may need an account to access some or all features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and use only credentials and payment methods you are authorized to use.

        Account Creation

        When you create an account, you must provide complete and accurate registration information. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false identity details, or create accounts for anyone under 18.

We may remove content, restrict access, report conduct, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

                You retain any rights you may have in prompts, inputs, and content you create or upload, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.                   7. Premium Features and Payments

                    Subscription Plans

                    If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. Access to premium features continues only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

                      Refunds

                      Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Maintenance, updates, outages, vendor failures, moderation actions, or technical issues may affect access or performance.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

                            This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not require you to indemnify us for our own intentional misconduct.

                              11. Termination

                              You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, failed to pay required fees, or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

                              Termination does not erase obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms. We may retain relevant records as described in our Privacy Policy.
